Old Tobin

Old Tobin keeps dollhouses and graveyard toys and scares festival visitors with stories. He noticed Arlek's windmill doodles and told him the windmill was the sign of the family on the hill, whose house comes and goes with the mist. He slipped Arlek a healing potion, which says something about how he expected the night to go.
