Morgantha

Morgantha drives a wagon pulled by an old undead horse and sells warm pies the villagers of Barovia are desperate for. She offered one to Helliax on the road, and he fell asleep in her wagon. Under her tarp were three living children, three dead ones, and the answer to what goes into the pies. Anya's mother traded Anya for three of them. When Gesch smote her, Morgantha summoned birds made of twigs, said the party was harder than she thought, and sank into the earth. Gesch swore he'll find her.
