Arabelle

Vistani girl the party pulled from the lake

The party pulled Arabelle out of a lake full of sea hags and carried her into Vallaki under a cloak, because the town hates the Vistani. She says Madam Eva is her great-grandmother. She chose a doll whose hair and eye came from something undead, and she will not give it up. She likes Helliax, and she calls Ghast "pale one."
